Early enough first train for an early flight. Online ticket easy and useful to have in advance. Ticket reader, though not obvious that's it's UNDERNEATH. That should be clearer for anyone first time using it. Otherwise good.

It was very quick and convenient ,having the qr code on my phone made this easy. Just to say when you arrive at pisa centrale the exit is not sign posted well and you could end up going out the back instead of the front. Go downstairs to the underpass and walk to the end. platform 1 where you will exit the front of the station

Pisa was great. We got a later ticket to stay out of the afternoon sun. Pisa is a nice sized tourist place. We were able to spend 4/5hrs there.

The climb up the tower was strenuous, but the view was great. The steps were so well worn that you had to worry about slipping on the way down.

Purchasing the ticket was easy and very functional. The email containing the ticket went to the "spam" inbox, but you had warned me with the first confirmation email, so finding it was not difficult. The visit to the Piazza dei Miracoli was very nice, especially going up the Tower was really unique because the effect of the slope is felt immediately from the first steps. Although I live in the province of Pisa and therefore was "used to" the beauty of the Tower, climbing it for the first time was a beautiful experience.

Entrance to the tower very matter despite the seemingly long queue. You come for the given time you have on your ticket. Remember to leave your backpacks, purses, etc. in the baggage room, as you can't bring anything with you to the tower except your phone/apparatus.

I loved seeing the fabulous historic buildings and I was very pleased with the staff of the complex who were very helpful.

Everything worked well. There was supposed to be a ticket redemption point between the Baptistery and the cathedral. As there wasn't one, we went straight to the entrance of the cathedral with our online ticket and got in without any problems. We found this information a little confusing. The monumental complex is very interesting and very impressive.

Top, experience, view, very friendly and smiling staff, great management with a limited number of people, I recommend the 1st session at 9am.

The area around the tower was such a cute little place to eat and shop. The views from the top of the tower were awesome.

Everything went great, we got to the chapel and the tower without any problems. We got our tickets in the mail quickly.

We particularly appreciated being able to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa before the mass arrival of tourists. The visit was scheduled for 8:45 am, I recommend it. We really enjoyed it.

Yes, it would be necessary to signal for the hours, and for the bags disturbed of time, impossible to be able to visit the church attouchements the tower of pisa close at 18h30

Very well organized, with very little waiting given the time-slot entry and no feeling of being in a crowd despite the crowds. The management of bag drop-off is also very good.

It's a shame to have to buy a ticket for the Tower of Pisa, which is impossible to visit if you're afraid of heights... just to get to the magnificent cathedral.

We had a good trip to see the impressive Pisa - ticket collection using the Headout voucher was simple and quick. Tickets were ready and waiting for us. One word of caution when visiting Pisa is you have to get the bus from the train station to the attraction the bus ticket needs to be validated as we found out to our cost. The inspectors jump on the bus stop before you leave the bus and then hit you with €40 fines each for non validation- this for a €3 journey. They are very demanding and provide a intimidating approach.

Enjoy your visit. You should know in advance that there are lockers at your disposal, as no bags are allowed when visiting the tower... that would avoid being rushed by the "security guards".

Visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa is a real experience. What's more, booking the ticket is straightforward and at a fair price because you can visit several sights with one ticket. I can only recommend it.

Leaning Tower of Pisa is a must see! The climb and view were Incredible and thanks to headout we could get tickets the day before at the time we wanted when they weren't available on any other sites!
